We engaged Andrew after being let down dramatically by our previous agent, who we terminated with due to many ongoing issues, not the least being no offers on the property in 12 weeks. Our property had its issues but Andrew took them all into account and came up with a sensible marketing strategy. His commission was reasonable and the advertising costs were way below the previous agent. That said, on the first open house with Andrew he managed 18 groups and got an offer. The offer was very low and the buyer stubborn, but Andrew soldiered on and got the buyer up an additional 15K. We were selling in NSW but live in Queensland, so Andrew's regular communication and guidance through this process was impeccable. Andrew is the agent you need when you don't want to chase for feedback or progress. Andrew is a great man who takes his profile & sales seriously. His attitude and attention to detail is amazing.
