I recently had the good fortune to be referred to Luke Searles to sell my house. It had been on the market for about 20 months with little or no interest.

I contacted Luke, who quickly arranged to inspect my house and give me his opinion. Luke's confident nature is matched only by his ability to sell. At the time he mentioned that the longest that he'd had a listing was 30 odd days. I thought to myself  - 'well, here's a bit of a challenge for you'. The market was slow and my previous Estate Agent had only shown seven people though in the time he had the property.

Luke and I began to arrange to marketing of my house, and before the first advertisement could be placed in the paper, he called me to say he had an inspection booked! The enquirer purchased my house. From the exchange of contracts to settlement, it only took two weeks. I was astounded.

What I particularly like about Luke is the way be treated not only me, but also the purchaser. There was never any talk about taking advantage of the purchaser and any unethical behaviour. He has honest, and above board and still managed to negotiate a fantastic price.
