It takes a highly organised professional with an eagle eye for detail to successfully manage a portfolio of rental properties. Emma McGregor's years of experience in administration and property management has led her to honing these traits as if they were as natural as breathing.

Emma joined Creer in March 2013. Building her career from the ground up, Emma emerged within the real industry as a receptionist before moving up into a sales administration role.

Her aptitude for seeing fine detail and staying highly organised in a hectic environment helped her to land a new role as a property manager. Since then, she has been helping landlords make the most of their investments.

Before moving to Newcastle in 2012, Emma worked as a property manager on the Gold Coast. There, she helped to build the rental portfolio of a small real estate agency. It is also where she discovered her passion for her chosen career path.

“The most satisfying thing about working in real estate is meeting a huge range of people, but best of all, having the opportunity to build an ongoing relationship with them,” Emma said.

“I'm particularly proud of having the privilege of working within one of the Hunter's leading property management teams. Creer's team culture, innovative approach, and strong work ethics make it a very satisfying place to build my career.”

Emma explained that the main stresses of owning a rental is finding the right tenant who will care for the property and pay the rent on time. “My mission is to help alleviate that stress by providing a personalised service to suit every unique situation. However, I also place a high priority on ensuring we find the right tenant for the right property and conducting routine inspections and reporting.”
