After a colourful career as a tradesman and then in customer service, moving into real estate was a natural and
easy transition for Jason.
“Real estate isn't just about selling property, it's about serving people and helping them to find the right home or sell their property for the best price. There's nothing better than helping someone to find their dream home and being part of one of the biggest decisions of their life whether it's their first house or their tenth.”
Having lived locally since 1995, Jason values what the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie areas have to offer and he
understands what attracts buyers.
“It's important to keep on top of what's happening in the marketplace, but I believe it's more important to ask the
right questions to get an understanding of what each individual buyer wants so I can help them sell their property or find them the right home.”
What started out as a hobby monitoring the property market, Jason ended up pursuing a career in real estate where he could marry his love of the industry with his sense of wanting to help people. Since joining the Creer Property team as a sales specialist, Jason has made a strong impression within the industry and the community. Customers recognise and value Jason for his friendly, easy-going nature and intimate knowledge of the local property market.
Born a team player, Jason has represented the Newcastle Knights in 1st grade rugby league and has celebrated
two premierships with Lakes United. Being a passionate footy player and supporter, Jason has contributed his time as President of the Lakes United Club. High-level personal service, solid industry knowledge, and a down-to-earth disposition are the reasons why Jason is a sought-after real estate agent. His instinctive tendency to go above and beyond the call of duty to help people led him from working as a tradesman in industrial electronics to serving people in the property market.
Jason has recently been appointed as a director of the Newcastle Rugby League and is now part of a 10 member board. It is a 2 year tenure and he looks forward to being a representative of a strong and traditional local competition
